It’s my first time in Australia and I am with my dear colleagues and of course the most special colleague- the hubby.
We reached Perth Airport around 11am and its chilly. My unforgettable experience in the immigration itself was funny. The officer speaks really thick Aussie accent and I can’t understand him. He end up being frustrated about me and let me go to a place where an Asian officer interrogated me. Questions like what am I doing in Australia, who am I with, even questioned my US trip 3 years back. Anyway I answered politely and they let me go. Glad I didn’t feel lots of pressure. It will be an awesome time I told myself!
Anyway, It’s September 1 and in Australia Spring just started.
From the airport we rented a van that can fit all of us. 10 of us plus one 4 year old beautiful girl, Ashley.
First thing I noticed in Perth was that the sky was so clear and air was so fresh. I knew its gonna be an awesome trip. Above photo was our view as we travel in the car.
First stop Busselton Jetty before we check in to our accommodation in Hamelin Bay.
Busselton Jetty is a 1841 metres jetty they said is it the longest wooden structure in the southern hemisphere. We walk until the end while snapping a lot of awesome photos. It’s noon but we didn’t mind the sun as it is still cold.
